Animal Control

The purpose of the Animal Control program is to assist the Rancheria community with animal-related issues, as well as acting as a resource and education tool regarding pet ownership and care.

If you have any incidents to report, please call (707) 599-8636 if the matter is urgent. Otherwise, please fill out a Member Services Request Form and turn it in at Member Services at the Rancheria or email to animalcontrol@trinidadrancheria.com

If you wish to speak to Officer Jayden Atkins-Naish in person, his office hours are:

Monday – Friday 10:00am – 4:00pm

If you have an emergency that requires law enforcement assistance, please call the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Department: (707) 445-7251.

Program Updates

The annual deadline for registering all pets on the Rancheria for 2023 will be announced. The form is available at Member Services or here.
